Shipping
Items usually ship within two business days of purchase. Most items are shipped through the Unites States Post Office and are delivered within a week of shipping. We are able to use other shipping methods at a customer's request (with any difference in price being paid by the customer). If you are located in a country not listed in our regular shipping zones, please let us know by emailing our webmaster at webmaster@tiffanycollector.com so we can look into the matter.
While we pride ourselves on prompt and expedient shipping, please be aware that several factors outside our control (weekends, holidays, weather, customs / sorting backups) may affect your package's actual time in transit. The most up-to-date information on a package's location after being shipped is often available from the currier.
Returns
We offer a one week return window on all items. Customers wishing to return an item must contact us within a week of recieving it. Item must be in as-shipped condition. Customers are responsable for the item's safty when sending it back so we suggest insuring the package and wrapping it securely. Any accessories sent with the item (box, pouch, etc. must also be returned). As long as the item is in as-shipped condition, a full refund, minus shipping costs, will be provided. Returns may
